The Maltese

The Maltese was developed to be the household pet of wealthy, cultured families on the island of Malta. They are best known for their long, silky coat.

They are gentle, affectionate, intelligent, responsive and trusting. They make a good family dog.

They will grown to between 8 and 12lbs.
